The Soul as an ENTERPRISE.

In what ways does the soul operate as a business model?

     Have you ever heard the saying as above so below? Or as without so within? In my experience analogies and metaphors have been quite effective in the digestion of concepts. Are we made in the Image of God? I believe we are. 

Does that mean that although we may place ourselves in boxes based on genders and personality types; we each have a combination of all human archetypes within our human vessels? Within my healing journey and that of my clients, I can say with experience; this is true.

Self discovery occurs by way of understanding ourselves because of our environments and RELATIONSHIPS. So we have our own community within. It’s genius by design, But why?

What is the purpose of this?

Potential. It takes a village. Even within a single person.

You reading this and being here on earth is proof that there is a "market" for you!

This is where the analogy comes in! You were created to meet the demand of the world. Feel that. You are necessary here, but most business don’t succeed just by being realized. They need to hustle and leap. Hurtle after hurtle, to come into profit and success.

Just like us.

I’m talking about reaching our fullest capabilities and potential. This invites INTEGRATION. We are all a mixed bag of all things. Every person a different ratio of archetypes with a different expressions of the human form. Each and every one having their own requirements and "business plan".

Each and every aspect of the soul, like limbs on the body; requires its own discovery and attention.

Just like a business. Marketing, staffing, manufacturing, accounting and so on. All must be mastered for a successful startup!

What works for your "product" or self, will be different than one sitting beside you.

Again; not everyone chooses this. Some have business that work for them and supply their basic needs. Some feel a motivation for creating a product that will make a positive impact. Some choose to ignore their other aspects and entrepreneurship in general to work for a paycheck. Same with the spiritual journey and integration. We must intentionally chose and strive to unlock the codes in our DNA. To fly higher than any other in our bloodline has.

Businesses are always keeping an eye on the competition. Yet in the spiritual community we are told not to compare yourself to others. To some extent this is helpful advice; but we are talking about optimal potential! This means we are meant to be reflective upon what others are doing in a constructive matter.

We are meant to change each-other.

Competition and sports exist for a reason. This is the "market space" and if you want to play you have to honor and acknowledge the "competition".

Innovation is of the masculine and human impulse. Its the impulse to push the boundaries of what's possible.

It is why we have the society and infrastructure we have. This requires competition to form.

The awareness that this reality is not all there is and that how you think and feel shapes your reality; is of the feminines impulse.

Both polarities live in harmony within and are needed to grow into one’s optimal potential.

"Feedback and product testing."

   How we respond and show up in the relationships closest to us, can be related to "feedback and product testing".

How are others responding to us? What value are you bringing to the immediate community around you? Are you doing right by your "customer" who is investing in you; who is the product? Are you getting walked all over by your customers?

The people closest to us invest a lot into us, and us them. Is this a fair trade off? Are you honorable in wanting to satisfy The client? Are you just looking for a quick buck and are you selfish in relationships?

Our customer relationships are a direct reflection of where we are in the process of meeting our fullest potential.

Our relationships are our teachers. They are the pulse we keep on our own profitability. It is how we find the value that makes us an asset to others. This is what it means to thrive.

Just like In business there is a vested interest in working on behalf of the interest of all the "shareholders" (soul parts).

If you don’t, you may find yourself stuck. Seemingly unable to move forward. This is when you address the unhappy "shareholder(s)".

The application and operation of your enterprise can either make you wealthy or it can put you in the red. This depends on how you operate, and the choices you make. There are unlimited opportunities to scale you’re "enterprise" even after "bankruptcy".

Again; you have to be profitable to even exist, so if your "business tanks," or your life blows up ; accountability and self awareness can turn things right around. Commune with your different souls parts.

Meet The Shareholders:

We are presenting the analogy of the soul being like an enterprise. Each part of you requires its own attention and awareness. Each part also provides unique assets as well as providing it’s own investment into this life experience.

There is an optimal way for all of these parts to work in harmony. This, I believe; is access to heaven on earth and the purpose of life. When we are at our most optimal, balanced and integrated; this is when we provide the greatest value to ourselves and the world around us. This is the formula to success.

The Shadow/Protector (The Chaff):

Asset: To discern and see-through lower vibrational situation’s. To be at peace with one own darkness, Is to have the eyes to see it in others. Avoid manipulations, unwanted deals and unwanted relationships or entaglements.

Requirements: Acceptance of the parts of your self that make you uncomfortable. To accept yourself, your choices and your impulses instead of demonizing them and disassociating from them. Honoring your own boundaries. Awareness of the parts of your self of what you do not want to see.

The Higher Self/God Self (The Wheat)

Assets: Connection to a higher thought And divine knowing. This is where the divine impulse and inspiration comes in. This is our ultimate intelligence. This is also where we derive connection to others and the motivation to do good. This is where we find purpose,

Requirements: Honesty and integrity. Working for the best interest of the self and all others. The desire to be a good asset to the world around us. Think of how your actions effect others. Humanitarianism. Sexual transmutation and spiritual development.

The Feminine (The Wheat)

Assets: Intuitive ability and internal navigation (Feminines Intuition). Creation and destruction. Nurturing and empathetic. Connection to the earth. Discernment. Psychic ability.

Requirements: body awareness. Relation to others and socialization. intuitive acknowledgment and action following intuitive guidance. Emotional intelligence and emotional release.

The Masculine (Chaff)

Assets: Skillful navigation of hierarchies. Protection of self. Drive. Determination. Intellectual prowess. The skill to build infrastructure, save, and plan. Effective communication. Strength. Self-confidence and assurance. Willingness to fight or battle. Balanced pride.

Requirements: Survival drive. Flexibility and adaptability. Education. Physical and or intellectual insurance. Faith. Focus. Delegation. Bravery,

The Inner Child (The Innovator)

Assets: innovative and creative ideas. The capacity to enjoy the experience. The capacity to find humor. Flow. Curiosity. The capacity to play well with others. Authenticity.

Requirements: Safety. Positive reinforcement. To not always take things so seriously. The core of your endeavors must be enjoyable. Expression must be authentic. Healing one self from past traumas.

Honoring all of your shareholders or soul parts, is going to be vastly different for every individual. Everyone "shareholders" have a different percentage of "equity". Meaning we all have a unique "product" potential.

The pivotal difference in the model of the soul as an enterprise is that the aspects of the soul are locked in to this incarnation deal. No aspect of the soul can cut their losses and try something else. This is it. We are all in the trenches together.

Every one of us and all of our investors have equal skin in the game. It is for you within your journey to discover the perfect balance of all. You can gauge this via the relationships around you and by the circumstances in your life. You can also move forward more conscious of how different events are affecting every different soul part. Or "How are the shareholders individually responding to this?". I bring up this analogy because I believe it’s fundamentally important for us to reach our greatest potential in this life and that is why I do this work.
